Ginger, a nurse suffering from a loveless marriage, collects love affairs in an attempt to thrive. She finally decides to leave her husband and finds refuge in a motel where she subjugates the local employee, Frank. 

Shot in 1973 but only distributed two years later after the relative success of Thundercrack!, The Devil's Cleavage transposes all the worst clichés of Hollywood's post-war melodramas into a wild narrative where trash situations turn into pure poetry.
